原 I named my son Draven in 1998. I think it is a unique strong masculine name. I do not regret naming him Draven. People always remember him because he is as unique as his name. All these John, David, Dylan, Madison, Sophie, Emma etc... UGH!... Certainly isn't a name you'd feel embarrassed about in an interview, and it's not on a top 10 popular names list:). I never had 3 kids answer me at the park when I called to my son and for the last 15 years people have always had nice comments on his name!:)

原 Sorry to the person who thought they had the 1st US bred Draven in 2002, guess the SSA didn't know what they were talking about. My son was born 4/1/00 with Draven as his first name. It is a play off a Scottish/ Celtic word... but I chose it from The Crow. To honor Brandon Lee... he was killed shooting the film The Crow. In the movie he was reborn to avenge his wife's murder and right a wrong. I look at the name as a hero, a dark Angel of redemption.
